Q: Do I have to download anything to use it?

A: No! The Mindfulness Planner is hosted online using Trello. You can access it from any device and you don't have to worry about downloading or installing anything. I highly recommend using it on a computer, it seems to be easier than the app but everyone else has different preference. There is no wrong choice.

Q: How soon do I get access?

A: You will receive access immediately via email.
