Q: What are presets?
A: Presets are Adobe Lightroom's way of saving a set of editing adjustments so that you can easily re-apply the same adjustments to multiple photos.
Q: How will I get the presets?
A: After the purchase, the presets will be delivered to your email along with step by step instructions on how you can set them up, this can all be done on your phone, no need for a computer. (Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email few minutes after the purchase.))
Q: How many presets will I get?
A: You get 10 the presets in this package. Stay tuned for add-on packages soon.
Q: Do I need to pay for Lightroom app or have an Adobe subscription?
A: No! The Lightroom CC app for mobile is free. You can of course pay for it to use on desktop and get the Adobe Photography Plan if you want to add thousands of photos to your albums and have access to other apps, but if you are a hobby user, I promise that the free version works like a charm.
Q: How do I install?
A: You will receive an installation guide along with your presets, which will help you through the process. It is super easy!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the digital nature of this product, I'm unable to issue refunds. I tested these presets for years and I believe in them wholeheartedly. If for some reason you are not happy, please reach out to me and I will do my very best to fix it.
